Stayed at Boa Dai Villas for 2 nights in March 07. They villa's are in a very bad state of repair and are very dated. The first room we had didn't have a window, the next one we stayed in did have a window but was very pokey and the bathroom didn't have a shower (just a bath). The other main down side is that it is a good mile or more from Nha Trang centre so you have to get a taxi to and from town (there is no pavement to walk along). We only paid $25 a night a room so I guess you get what you pay for, this is a budget hotel/villas. The Breakfast was also pretty awful.
I would though recommend the Asia Pacific Hotel or Nha Trang Lodge which are both more centre in Nha Trang and rooms should be around $45.

This hotel is government owned and ran with very poor service and food. The rooms are 2 star at the best with insects ect. The door locks are not functional and there is no room safe. The rooms are very run down and there is no service of any kind. The trail to the beach is nice but the beach has trash everywhere! Avoid at all costs...There are some pictures we took of the water from this hill top advantage.
