Conveniently located near restaurants & attractions in Hue. Room was adequate size, clean & attractive. Wonderfully friendly & helpful staff. Very reasonable laundry rates. I would highly recommend.

We booked the 2 night 'festival promotion' on line, and stayed at the end of Nov, 2011.
After a rather dark room in Hanoi, the spacious bright room was a pleasant surprise.
Part of the deal was a complimentary dinner for two. The dinner we were served with 8 authentic Vietnamese dishes was far above our expectation - a real treat. And the personalised service was 'something to write home' about.
The breakfast served on the top floor was great, and the staff efficient and friendly.
We walked to the Citadel (Hue's main attraction). It is a good hike, but good to burn off all that good food.
We recommend the hotel as good value.

Hotel in good location and after Saigon less frenetic.
hotel staff really great, friendly and helpful.Rooms spacious with an outside balcony. We booked a car and driver for the day and although his English was limited we did manage some very helpful information from him and managed all the main sites. Shame about the weather, constant drizzle, fortunately we had taken light anoraks and then purchased umbrellas from the market so we were fairly well prepared.
Went to the new year dinner which was very entertaining. Dragon dancers and drums and local Vietnamese singers, apart from maybe a dozen westerners everyone else was Vietnamese, loud but interesting, in all a good evening

Stayed with group tour. Room was large and clean, but shower leaked, as in almost every hotel this tour group booked for us. Breakfast was excellent and served on top floor with a great view. Be sure to go upstairs to the outside viewing area for an even better view of the city. Unless you go in spa area, you need to climb stairs to get to lobby. In the rain, that can be a slippery proposition. People who booked massages were pleased.
