We stayed for two nights at this training centre operated by Hue Tourism School. Many of the staff are second year students who do everything from running the reception, serving drinks from the bar and waiting at tables. Some chefs are also trainees and were delighted to cook a hot breakfast exactly to our requirements. Our twin deluxe room was huge with large bathroom & hall/dressing area. Staff were very friendly &helpful and although we were warned service may be a bit slow from the trainees we did not find this to be the case. Hotel in good location, just a few minutes walk from the Perfume river and restauants.
