Fantastic service, everyone was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were amazing. Best value we've experienced in Vietnam so far, highly recommended!

We arrived to Hue by early flight from Hanoi. We were arranged early check-in with free of charge. It was so wonderful. The buffet breakfast had so many kinds of food and very hot and tasty coffee.
Hue is a small town and very quite. People here are friendly and hospitality. The team of cycle front of the hotel was very funny and helpful. They picked us up around the city and they could say something about Hue historic.

Our room was large and very clean. The hotel located in the center but no noise from the street. We spent quite in the hotel.

We’ll stay at this hotel if we have chance back to Hue and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We stayed 3 nights at the Festival Hotel.

The hotel is great, looks like a 4 stars hotel.

The services are excellent, the staffs very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

There was free wifi internet at all area of the hotel, quite good.

The hotel’s location is very good. It’s very near banks; mall and we can easy to visit the main sites of Hue city.

I had a dinner at the hotel. The food was ok and reasonable price. The breakfast was also great with so many choices. Generally speaking the hotel was great.

I have stayed here for a few times but most recently for two nights in November. The room I stayed last time was near the stairs and it was quite noisy for some reason from around 5am in the morning. It was also easy to get noise from those walking up/down the stairs (not the stairs near the lobby). I found the room facing the courtyard of the hotel was quieter.

The free wifi connection was fine but this depends on the location of your rooms. I have stayed in a room in this hotel where I could not get the connection.

The room is fine with average setting. The bed is little bit on the hard side. The hotel location is not very far from the main tourist area (10-15 minutes walk).

What I do not like is that they have different pricing for foreigners and Vietnamese.

I would not stay here for my holidays but it is ok if staying for work.
