We stayed here because the Liberty 4 hotel we intended to stay at lost our booking. We were given a nice room at the price we would have paid at the Liberty 4. The location of the Liberty2, which is close to the markets and the Reunification Palace is an ideal starting point to plan the day. The traffic noise in our room was surprisingly quiet so we rested well.
The sticking point at this hotel is the appalling breakfast. We ate breakfast around 8 each day and other than there being a very limited selection of food, they didn't keep the burners on so all the food was cold. Getting a cup of tea or coffee was no better! The waitress watched and smiles as we tried to get milk out of the urn and only after a firm request did she look for some more milk. She returned with none. The same scene was repeated the next day with other guests complaining. Cannot recommend this hotel unless a huge improvement is made with the breakfast bar.
