We had booked a deluxe twin room online (through a hotel booking website). When we checked in, they gave us a room with only one bed. We then asked to change rooms to a twin and were given a claustrophobic tiny smelly room. Thanks to their free wifi, we looked up what a deluxe room should look like: something bigger with a balcony. So we went back to reception and asked for what we had booked (and paid) for. We said we had booked a deluxe room. The staff said that that's what we had. We said that the description on their website was very different. They insisted we had a deluxe room. We then showed them what they have on their website & they then finally agreed to give us a deluxe room. However, probably wasn't worth it in the end. The shower was terrible as it did not drain. You basically could only have the water running for no more than 20 seconds (being generous here) before turning the water off so that it could drain. When we mentioned the shower to staff on check out, the guy simply laughed. Also, the room was extremely noisy as the window/balcony door did not close properly. Oh and breakfast was nothing to write home about. Avoid this place is my advice!
