The hotel wasn't wonderful, but it's good value and in an excellent location.
No specific problems - the rooms were clean, quite spacious, and well appointed.
Breakfast (top floor) was fine (nothing special, but fine).
The Bongsen Annex is a good budget choice in the centre of Saigon.
The front rooms n01, n02) overlook a busy street: try to get a room at the back.

Although this hotel seemed more suited for business travelers, we felt that it suited our needs while touring the city. Good location and very friendly staff. The price was about $45 per night and included a nice breakfast spread.
