I had my worst experience staying in this hotel. I made my reservation through Agoda as I have been doing during my travel in Vietnam. I made a mistake when instead of typing 2 persons I typed one person when doing the booking online. I arrive with my girlfriend to the hotel and my surprise was that my girlfriend could not sleep with me because on the booking it only apear 1 person for the room. I asked for the Manager and she was the most arrogant person I have ever met in my entire life. I was willing to pay the difference as we where 2 in the room and she said that I had to talk to Agoda. I called 2 times long distance with no reply whatsoever and I wrote e mails with no feedback. The Manager of The hotel gave me The only solution to pay for another room for my girl friend. It was 21hrs and we were really tired after flying and I decided to book another room hoping that Agoda will refund it. Next day I woke up and saw an e mail from service department of Agoda stating that they could not help me. And after 5 days the only mail I received is the one to give my review of my stay. So Please do not stay in this hotel and never use Agoda as your booking company. They are the worse when you need help! Thanks for your help Eric (ironic), customer service from Agoda.
