Located by the river in District 1. It is a little far from the airport but it is a very nice hotel. Rooms on the executive level are large with King beds, and sofa. The buffet is very good with fresh lobster, crab, shrimp, beef, Pho etc in addition to all kinds of other prepared food. Have stayed here 3 times and the service has been very good. The only thing is if you are single with a vietnamese gf or bf, they will not let them stay in the hotel past 11pm at night. (some kind of law that while not enforced on other areas of vietnam, are here) Taxis are cheap and safe but have the door man tell them exactly where you are going and take a hotel card with you for the return trip.

We booked a few nights here after spending Christmas in the North at Halong Bay and Hanoi. By taking the optional upgrade, we had a fantastic room with River views, an enormous bed and great selection of mini bar treats! The roof top pool and bar became firm favourites and allowed us to relax before starting to explore the city. Would defiantly recommend.

This hotel is ideally located with fantastic river views and the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh. The corner rooms are spacious and afford the best views. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and swimming after surviving the street scene. Massages are very good and affordable. Good restaurants are in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was more expensive. Worth taking a short walk outside. Breakfast area very well run. Staff also very professional.

Looking to burn off some Marriott Points we booked a couple of nights at this well regarded location. We generally stay with family in Dist 3 to avoid the heavy tourist in Dist 1. Booked a non club level room hoping for a free upgrade on my Gold Level. @ Check in we were sent right to the club level on the 18th floor and given a city view on the 19th floor. Next time I’ll opt for the river view but did not this time based on other reviews.

We enjoyed the club often with two guests each time and enabled us to entertain with style @ a Zero cost. Even if we had paid full price it would have been an excellent value with impressed family and friends memories. Well stocked bar, good food and the view of the river and service...

The hotel is well described by others so I’ll speak on the high level of well trained staff that helped my girlfriend recover her camera left in a taxi. They reviewed the sec videos and called the taxi company with the car number. Again, we used the hotel often in entertaining and the staff was impressive. The level of service was the best I have experienced anywhere and exceeds Italy. VN is known for excellent service, so the standards are high and this Property GM and staff desrve high praise.
