I stayed here with my two daughters, ages 10 and 12, for two weeks in October, 2011. The stay could not have been more perfect. The staff is so helpful for anything you want. There was construction going on so they changed our room two times (at our request) so we would not hear noise, moving my daughter's extra bed, which was complimentary. I booked using their website instead of a discount website. This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam and my daughters want to go back to the ParkRoyal. It is outside the city, but we wanted that. Their windows are noise proof and the rooms are so quiet, even facing the traffic. The breakfast was free and great selection with pho stand and omelet stand. The food was really great.

I stayed here with my son for one night during a stop over. It is an extremely comfortable international style hotel. It is large and a bit glitzy, but you cannot complain about the food, service nor rooms. The breakfast offers a particularly good selection of foods.If you want an idiosyncratic boutique hotel experience this is not for you, but this is a good example of a big international standard hotel. No complaints.

This is a great hotel. Super quiet as it's a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle. The staff are lovely and were especially nice to our kids. The rooms were clean, a good size and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (the only meal we ate at the hotel) was fresh with great variety and quality.

Restaurant had both western and Vietnamese food, typical buffet breakfast with great choices, the staff were more than courteous.

I utilised "An" in reception as my travel agent, exchanged money, booked my tours, she even had 3 plane tickets booked when i returned from the tours. Thanks "An"

I went back and stayed again.
