We stayed here for two nights and I cannot say anything nice about this hotel. The bathroom was mouldy, the room smelt of damp,the breakfast was awful, they don't provide water, tea or coffee or anything in the room. It is a long way away from the old town or anywhere - you need a taxi to find even a restaurant. The house keeping staff and the lady on the entrance were very helpful, sadly the reception staff were not. This hotel needs a complete make over, it is tired and out dated. It says it is 4 star but two stars would be a generous rating.To make the most of Hanoi you need to stay near the old town - avoid this hotel.
