Absolutely Horrid! Couldn't even stay the night it was so bad, it smelt, it is a fire trap, no comp water, no tea or coffee, one of our group (who was ill) went to bed when we first arrived and was bitten by bed bugs. Others ventured to the fifth floor and swear there was a brothel! We walked out on mass and hang the cost. Speaking of cost; it wasn't cheap,we had stayed a cheaper hotels that were ten times better. The location was also poor with not good shopping near by. I wouldn't give it one star let alone three.

This hotel is awful. It is no where near anywhere of interest in Hanoi, and far to expensive for what you get.

There are not many options for food in this area, the restaurant outside the hotel door is overpriced and a horrible menu, and the hotels cafe is dingy and dirty. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but was horrible. It starts at 6.30, and is not changed until it finishes at 9am.

The room we stayed in smelt (as did the lift, which to get to you have to lug your suitcases up about 10 steps), and had bad lighting.

Do yourself a favour, do NOT stay here.
