Rooms are ok, but service was extremly terrible.
There is only one staff who speak english in this hotel.
If she is not at hotel, there is nobody who understand english.
In addition, owner does not understand or have no intention to provide good service.
For example, often there is no hot water for shower, leak of water from ceiling, and stinky room etc.
Once you pay money, they will not treat you like important customer.
Even you complain the problems, they will never care at all after you paid.
Until i paid money, they treat me very very well, but once i paid the attitude has changed totally which i really disappoint.
In addition, as the explanation of hotel mentions, this hotel is surrounded by many restaurants. However due to that, it is very noisy even after 12 mid-night which is very un-normal in Hanoi.
If you still want to stay in this hotel, I strongly suggest you to pay money at the end of your stay.
Also i strongly suggest to not have contract more than one month. I am very sure that you will never want to stay in this terrible hotel more than one month.
I have experienced some other hotels in Hanoi. The quality of service were terrible compare from others around old quater.
This hotel is worst memory of the stay in Hanoi.
