My wife and I stayed 3 nights in mid March 2012. We had booked a Junior Suite but on arrival we were 'upgraded' to a family room. For a couple, a family room can be a mixed blessing, as the extra space is taken up by a spare bed. We adjudged the room offered to be acceptable and used the spare bed as a luggage rack which worked well.
There is little we can add to previous postings. The hotel is beautifully appointed and well located in the bustling Old Quarter which is the place to be if you want to explore the city by foot. The staff were most attentive and helpful and the airport transfers arranged by the hotel worked well and were reasonably priced. The Hotel Moment deserves the following it is gathering on Tripadvisor and the only note of caution I would add is that sometimes guests simply want the room they have booked as 'upgrades' are not always what they seem. We however had no complaints and would return to the Hotel Moment and recommend it to others who wish to stay in Hanoi's fascinating Old Quarter.
