Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Clean rooms with all the extras (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, water, fruit, tv, hangers), quite, great service, wifi, internet downstairs as well, but.. but so so hard to find when walking back from anywhere because the streets are so confusing in Hanoi. Although every hotel would be the same I suppose :)

For the price they charge which is about 40-50 USD a night - I think its a pretty decent hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms - the sheets in my room were a bit old and didnt seem fresh. Same goes for towels as well. But that was the only thing we found wrong with the hotel. There is free wireless in the room and also a computer in the reception area which can be used free of charge. Its about an hour's drive from the airport - but this was early in the morning. During rush hour it could take longer depending on traffic. Bfast was basic - toast with butter jam/fruits/juice and local pho ofcourse.

After being kidnapped and taken to another hotel we finally got to the Luxor, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, bed comfy and hot water. Definitely the positive in Hanoi.

Spent three nights with my family. Wife and three teen age kids. The rooms were a little small but very clean. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. I booked two rooms one for my wife and me and one for the children with three beds on Hotels.com and when we arrived they had only two rooms for two people each, however, they gave us a suite for the same price for the children without asking any questions. The breakfast is very good with different western and Vietnamese options.
