This is place I will recommend to any frequent traveler on business due to services available, read on.

To start with the "dark" side, the hotel is not brand new and super luxury, but it is very clean and has totally everything I (and hope you) as business traveler need, and I feel you get more for your $$$ then under normal conditions.

Our light side has started (and continued on) with great reception staff, which has made our early check in at 9:30am available for us without any problems, and as we had to wait 10 minutes, we were given free drink of our selection (and we selected from fresh juices available at the lobby bar).

Everybody can be happy with free well working internet (even the login says 8USD/Day, it is complementary), minibar with soft drinks for 1USD and beer for 1.5USD, comfortable bed and really working air conditioning. The business center is open even at 1am (probably non-stop) and reception even at crazy times picks up phone promptly.

The food is GREAT: lobby bar has number of fresh juices, breakfast has great selection of international and local food - ham, eggs and normal stuff + miso soup, fresh wonton, fresh juices, fresh vegetables. For lunch or dinner there are 2 great restaurants (Chinese and Asian) serving great selection of extremely tasty meals. Just outstanding. I was also told that due to very late opening hours people like to hang out there when the surrounding bars close, so you will be in a boiling pot.

For the day and night entertainment there is SPA open from morning to 1am (really, I have got just off after long business day) offering all possible treatments for both men and woman including spa (multiple tubes in "Egypt" design, steam and hot sauna) and outstanding massage. 90 minutes massage is for 32USD (again, that is correct) + you get 60 minutes free foot massage and free drink. Al very clean, very skilled team, all very nice people.

If you need to do some Asian style evening entertainment called Karaoke or just want to hang out, there is night club running to late (2am?) with bar including dancers, some tables area with dancers, and private rooms for private meeting in the Asian style. For your company there is 20+ very elegant ladies mostly speaking English.

There is also casino in the hotel, for which you get 20USD voucher to start with, with free drinks and snacks.

Even with all the entertainment as above the hotel is very quiet, and there is no noise killing your sleep.

Nearby the hotel is also number of shopping opportunities, so it is complete set. And the hotel is on the bank of one of many Hanoi lakes; you can enjoy the view from the restaurants. Lastly, we have taken tour by HanoiKids - volunteer group of Hanoi lovers, who take tourists around Hanoi - just such a great experience, found thanks to TripAdvisor.

There may be better hotels in Hanoi, but frankly as frequent traveler I have never found yet such hotel anywhere across the globe. If you decide to stay there, which I can very much recommend, I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.
