Nice looking hotel. Rooms are very big, almost lux, extremely clean and have a safe box. Staff was nice, English skills ok, very good exchange rate for dollars.

However, the location is very trafficy and noisy. As the walls, windows and doors were extremely thin, all the noise from the hallway and street kept us awake - even more than in Saigon.

Complimentary breakfast was ok, though very Vietnamese.

Paid 30 USD for a double. Not worth it due to the sound issue.

Big room with a great view of the lake
We paid a lot for the lake view room but it was worth it. Our room was huge and very comfortable. A view of the lake and central location made this stay perfect. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We booked a private tour with the main tour company in town. We were able to customiz our trip and our tour guide and driver were excellent

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Clean comfortable bed, TV and clean en-suite. Paid only $26AUD with breakfast. Staff attended to small problem with hair dryer immediately and with good grace. Very friendly. Safe for woman traveling alone. Just down the road is the V Cafe which has delicious food and the most awesome jazz/blues. I had thought I was tired after my motor cycle ride up from Nha Trang but found it hard to leave. Great atmosphere on the Saturday night. don't get there too late or u might miss out.

Family party of 4 stayed four nights. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, with delicious complimentary breakfast buffet. Centrally located near Lake Xuan Huong. Owners are friendly and helpful. Our best hotel stay in 3 month visit. Compares favorably to 4 star hotels in Saigon.
