1. after arriving at the room we were awed by the thai decoration, so we completely forgot how small the pool was (which remained in the shade for most of afternoon, hence, cold)
2. the one bedroom apartment has a living room, a dining table, a small kitchen, and a good-sized, clean, well-air-conditioned, and quiet bedroom... the water pressure of the hotel is low, so forget about using their huge cement tub
3. we had stayed on the top floor, but it faces other apartments, so not much of a view
4. but view did not matter, as the beach is just 5 minutes stroll away (P.S. stick to main road, because we wandered into an alley between Nirvana Couture and Nirvana Boutique, and bumped into a bar FULL of drag queens yelling at us)
5.no lift, their food is ok, but do NOT order massage INTO your room, they kept implying EXTRA service... if you want it, get it at the massage parlor downstairs
6. jomtian beach is slightly cleaner than pattaya, but as pattaya, the water is not clear, and the sand strip is fully populated with chairs for rental. however, its a delight to eat on the beach, as vendors walk around all the time
7. downtown pattaya is just 10-20 Baht/person ride away on the taxi-trucks(songtiaew), its easier to get this rate if you flag down the taxi that is already carrying someone

I booked this roomed thru the internet. First let me say I arrived early and they did put me put. The best part of my stay. Next the pool is just a splash pool and is dirty most of the time. I was moved thee times during my stay of 8 days and then left early. They state you can get a refund up to 70% but this will not happen. The sheets had holes in them and patches as I will post pictures. The floor is the worst in the bathroom as it has peebles, that rise up and are very hard on the feet. I had ants the entire time in the bathroom. The pictures look nice but they were taken when it was new! Remember that becuase they look nice on the net. The kitchen has NO pots or pans if you want to try and cook ony plates, bowls and knife and fork. The worse part is every room the patio doors have at least one that will not lock so they can get in your room without breaking in a door. I found this to be very uneasy and if I were a women or couple I would be worried. The staff are nice but that is the best part of the hotel. Internet works the best on the outside on your patio. Your sheets are washed every 2-3 days unless you demand them too. In this city for the money you can find some very nice hotels for the price and cheaper. I did later. I would stay clear of this hotel at all costs and look at it before I booked it if you must. Your paying way to much for rooms that have cracks in the floor tiles that can cut your feet etc and their are so many more nicer ones for the price. They charge for every liite thing so again be warned on this hotel. sorry the pictures are not better but you can see anyway. Remember that every room is missing one lock so anyone can climb into thru the padio door.

I love my room great bed may a bit to small for 2 but i stay alone so it was okey i just miss the kitchen equipment :( but the room abd the bathroom is clean and realy nice!!!

I also like the pool may small but okey.


They have also a anti moscito stuff there!!

Great hotel within walking distance to everything. Short songathew ride to Pattaya for 10Baht which runs all the time. Only downfall of hotel is no lift to rooms only stairs.
