I can't believe all the positive reviews I'm seeing on here. Our room was clean and the staff are lovely and helpful but the bathroom was tired and shoddy looking with a horrible water stain in the shower. The decor and fittings belonged in the 1970s and our door was flimsy with a very insecure lock. I got the impression it was easy to break into. We had a nice little balcony but that didn't detract from our rather depressing room. The pool had seen better days and all four sun loungers had been taken up by hookers. We decided to check out the beach allegedly a short walk away. Fifteen minutes later we found a nice one hidden amongst all the busy construction work and sky scrapers that blocked out the sun. It had lots of dead fish on it and I wouldn't advise swimming here. The second beach we found was very smelly with streams of effluent coming from the hotels and the third was jam packed with holiday makers crushed like sardines. No room for kids to run around. We checked out and got a taxi back to Bangkok airport to look for a standby flight elsewhere. Perhaps this would suit you if you were a backpacker and only staying for a night but even then I don't think it's good value cheap accommodation. I'd shop around before committing to this place..

The guest while has the right to complain, I would appricate a balanced report.
1: guest states rooms clean but thought outdated style. ( fact room furniture is only 8 yeras old and is scheduled for replacement this low season) not from 1970
2: staff friendly so what was the problem
3:States bathroom stained but then states room clean ( which one is correct)
4: Call other guests hookers ( all paying guest are treated with same respect how do they know these guest were hookers (infact all of all gueats are recorded)
5; insecure door. ( Iam sorry we do not install steel doors to the rooms. we do have 24 hour CCTV and have no security for the past 8 years. All doors are timber
6; Not sure why the hotel is responible for the beach conditons as more than 6 million vistor to pattay enjoy the beaches each.

In summary we encourage all guests to make known any issues they might have during their stay this guest elected not to do this and then states because of our resort they booked the next flight from Thailand to leave. I cannot take this review seriously, sure change resorts but to leave Thailand is just not factual.

The reason my resort has many positive reviews is because we offer good value and cleaness with good facilities.

We stayed here during our trip in Pattaya. This hotel is located far from the "happening place" but suitable for us, as we decided to stay at a clean, calm and quiet environment. The hotel is clean with a pool and complimentary tea and coffee. we had two nights reservation. We decided to cut short and stay one night. The front office was helpful and accommodated our request. The rooms are large with clean attached toilet with minimal provisions. We stayed at the third floor room facing the pool and the view is good. They provide complimentary tea and coffee. Once you reach the main road( which is like just 5 mins of walk from the hotel), you can take the 10 baht bus to "walking street and other happening places of Pattaya. We did not face any difficulties reaching to "walking street" or back to the hotel. There are many eateries around and two 7/11. We liked the small thai cafe situated next to the hotel. This cafe' opens from 7AM to 7PM. The front desk people are friendly, helpful. There is a night guard there as well. They understand English. Overall a decent stay.

Room tip: Try to stay at 2nd floor facing poolside. During Summer its quite hot and the room AC takes a long time to cool the room if you are staying at third floor.

I looked at this hotel on agoda and trip advisor and was put of by the fact it was a bit far out, so i booked something else, i didnt like and came back to this place. The soi it is in is quieter than a lot in Pattaya but still busy enough, nice pool area, and a very nice room, didnt see food available, wifi free downstairs but on a subscription upstairs, quite fast. There is a little thai cafe on the doorstep, which i liked to, 500m from the sanctury of truth, i was impressed by this place on the budget it is placed at

Room tip: I think the better rooms, premium ones are upstairs but you get the free wifi downstairs

Stayed here, for 20 days...liked it very much!! Around a 700 BHT/night I think its a bargain place to stay. Safe, clean, quiet.
Location:
Its a nice little hotel in Naklua. 5 min walk from the Naklua road itself. 15 minutes walk to Wong Amat beach. To get to Pattaya Walking street its a 20 BHT ride, 20-30 min depending on the time of the day. You can use motor taxis as well, will be 50-70 BHT.
Amenities:
basic rooms, with shower, safe,no lift, but 1st-2nd level is OK, TV-German-Thai-English-Chinese-Dutch-Korean channels, clean and quiet resort. My room was around 20 sq meter, large bed, fridge, enough cupboards to put everything away. It has a pool with a child pool on the side(didn't use them;). Pool bar nice and simple. It was always clean and nice around it. It has no restaurant, but 2 minutes walk and there are four mini markets, restaurants in every corner, and many many street vendors-there is one superb just at the entrance of the Family Mart, had my soup there almost every day:D
Around:
couple of German and Russian restaurants, 2 pharmacies just at the corner, money exchange in 2 min walk and 5-6 ATM-s. Internet coffees, beer bars and many massage places.
2 travel agents mainly for Russian customers, and one corner away there is an English-Thai travel agent, Isaac travel if you are English speaking.
Stuff:
very easy to deal with them, always smiling and helpful. Organizing taxis, excursions if needed, and had very good recommendations where to go and when to go.
For who:
-families who occasionally like to go around but prefer to have a quiet and safe pool as well for children
-couples/solo-who want to have a budget accommodation and they are on the way mostly to beaches-islands-streets
If you are friends, I think this hotel is not for you, not close to action, and evening time could be a pain to getting back to the hotel and everyone sleeps:D

Overall: I had a wonderful time in Pattaya, and when I am going next year I will definitely use this hotel again.

Room tip: Rooms on the top floor can be noisy when its raining.

I was abit unsure on first thoughts, but what a lovely place! The staff are lovely and the rooms comfortable and clean. There is a pool bar which is ran on trust, not something you see often. I was really impressed, excellent value for money, would recommended.
