Hotel was pleasant and situated right on the beach.
Service and staff were great and most helpful.

After finding out there was a shuttle service into Pattaya town - the location of the hotel was no longer an issue.

The hotel is on the beach, there is a little restaurant beside the hotel which does good food. The hotel food is excellent apart from breakfast which is poor - especially if you are Europrean - caters mainly for Korean visitors. Hotel rooms are large and cleaned daily. The pool was clean and really nice to swim in - it is surrounded by flowers which have really nice fragrance.
There is a free shuttle bus into Pattaya every hour - which is great - the hotel is out of the main area and takes about 15/20 mins to get to main area - if you want bars, restaurants, shopping this is not the hotel for you - if you want beach, pool, lazy days and peace and quiet then this is the hotel for you.

I stayed at the Bella vista as a single female traveling alone.I arrived at the hotel at 8am in the morning due to flights and although check in is not to later in the day they gave me a room straight away.The rooms were large and clean and quite modern.The service was wonderfull,not many of the staff spoke english but they always tried to help and would get someone else if they could not understand me.although this hotel is out of the main area of Pattaya ,they have a regular shuttle bus and if i need to go somewhere different from the route they took ,they were happy to drop me off on the way including to the bus terminal on my last day
Breakfast is overwelming with a huge selection ,my only complaint would be that sum of the iteams where at room temp even at the brginning of breakfast. the Pool is large and very clean and being a frequent traveler to Asia i will defently stay here again.
