I and my wife have been looking for a hotel in Pattaya that costs less than 2000 THB and none has these requirements: clean / free internet in the room / enough parking space / spacious pool / next to the beach / preferably good sea view from the room / decent breakfast / not overly crowded (relatively secluded).

This is the first hotel that met all these requirements. Other reviews are pointing that the services might be lacking but from our experience, it's more than adequate. A bellboy did carry our luggage and showed us the room.

Considering everything, it's a very good value for 1800 THB. Besides it's not that far from the city like the other review exaggerated. Took us only 10-20 minutes driving from the hotel to Alcazar/walking street area. So it's worth considering this into your calculations if you don't have your own transportation or rental car.

The Seafood restaurant on the beach next to the hotel was very good. Fresh seafood at great, local price. Also it's worth mentioning that the beach in this area is not suitable for swimming. The sand has lot of small shells that hurt your feet. And the last time I went there, the sea had seaweed floating around that caused rash on my feet. Anyway, a bit of research on google and you already know you should look somewhere else if you intend to swim in the sea.

We will be staying in this hotel again when we visit Pattaya next week. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for people who has their own transportation.

I stayed here for a a night with friends and the room was pretty decent. But what irked me the most was the lousy service. When we checked in the receptionist just gave us directions to the room and expected us to find it on our own!!We had quite a lot of luggage with us and a little help with them would have been appreciated but the bell boys were not in sight and were absent for the check out as well. The stay was pretty comfortable and we didn't face any issue that might have required staff help during the stay. But with such a unhelpful staff, I dread to imagine how difficult would it have been to get some assistance from them.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I would have given them a single star but the added star is just because the rooms were spacious and clean and the shuttle service to the main city was not all that bad.

I stayed at this hotel for a night, its really far off from the main city so you consume at least an hour to reach to the Alcazar/Walking street, the main places of interest in Pattaya. The decor of the rooms was mediocre, though they were spacious. We stayed in 3 room villa.
Besides no signage on the breakfast spread, not really helpful for a vegetarian like me.

Defn wont stay here the next time i visit Pattaya, as there are many other better options in teh city centre with a better price

Stayed at this hotel for one night in a cabbana suite. The hotel is located right on the beach and has good view from the hotel room. The rooms need some renovation. They provide an excellenst shuttle service.The breakfast was average not a lot of selection. Didnt spend much time in the hotel as we were staying there only for a day. Overall a nice place to stay for a day.
