The hotel is beautifully situated at the southern Pattaya beach. It has its own 9 hole golf course on the premises. The garden is lush and large and the beach can be reached from the garden directly. We visited the hotel in December and there was just a handful of guests. Despite the new paint, the hotel is dated. In our bathroom the mold was showing in the rims of bath and sink. Little bugs were crawling around in both bed and bathroom. No free Wifi. To go downtown the taxi's exploit their monopoly position for transportation with extreme published high prices.
It was embarrassing to see a non-visited barbeque in the garden each evening. The friendliness of personnel has the famous high Thai standard.
The majority of the other guests were Russians. At the beach at several small local restaurants annex bars present.

This could be a good hotel if it was run by a good management. I think management is not aware about their staff at all.
We were traveling with large team this time, so 100 people were checking out together, they came with many surprise bill like towel missing, minibar use etc. as per their list, the minibar has 2 crackers packet, but they charged it for 6 crackers! when we challenged, they correct it.
The staff removed one towel from the room and charged it on account department. when the guy challenged and went back at 3rd floor to find out the towel, the room attend told that if he paid her 100 bath, she will manage a towl for him. so, he paid 100 bath to avoid hessel, so that 'missing towel' was not in his bill anymore.

Location:
The hotel is a big old property but far away from Pataya main night life.If you need to go to a night life, every time you will need to call a taxi.

Beach :
Though this hotel is near the sea, it has no sandy beach at all. Hotel is located atleast 100 feet higher than the sea level. so, you cannot touch the sea water but only can get the sea view.

Impression:
the interior is horrible, the color sence is very poor for entire hotel. pls see my pictures where you will find that they have eye catching banner in the garden! this kind of notice you will find in many place through out the hotel. Room color ( see photo) is also horrible, toilet is not clean at all. The swimming pool is big with a nice water bar, and most of the area is deep, so be careful. they have a baby pool also.

Hotel will charge 650 bath/day for internet!!!

will not recommend to anybody.

People are sailing , have fun in sea to wash this is fun really true vacation with Asia pattay , room view is real sea some hotel lie about view but this was perfect sea view , delicious buffet breakfast , i got welcome drink on arrival ,
Taxi and Jeep available to travel about city , back side pool with swim up bar was simple best
Bobby is spacious and staffs is very friendly I recommend this hotel conformable stay and price is is best for what you get
