I chose this resort because it was among the limited few hotels in Pattaya and vicinity that allowed pets and quoted as 4-star. The rate was close to what we'd paid for Pullman in Pattaya, 4K+ baht/night. We weren't expecting something luxurious for a place that allowed pets, yet we were hoping for something more decent for that price. The resort was alright but you did feel you were in a place that had been around for 30+ years. The villa we stayed in was very basic, small and old, it's of 3-star quality tops. We had a pad lock for locking the front door, that's how `old' and unusual it was. To be fair, the resort does have a lot of quiet roads for me to walk my dog; yet the soi between the resort and the beach were frequented by many med to big size stray dogs. It was a bit scary because my dog is somewhat aggressive. The restaurant food is quite ok and there are other little restaurants close by to choose from. The service is good and staff is friendly. It was a disappointing stay in terms of the hardware, but the staff there made the stay tolerable. For that kind of money, we could stay in a better-kept resort in Pattaya. And just a word of caution: the beach right outside the hotel is filled with male couples, it was fine with us, but if you are taking a family trip, be prepared to explain it to your children.
