In the website is said it has two secluded private beaches , we chose this hotel because of the beach, ideal for our 18 months baby. The surprise was that there is no beach at all, no shore, just concrete terrace direct on 4 feet of seawater. When we spoke to general manager Jo Chim, he told us sometimes the hotel has the beach, due to weather and season condition, but not available at that time, and they would not refund our money as we wanted to leave on the first day of a 9 day holiday. We booked two swites, one for us, one for the nanny. The hotel was empty until the 31 of december, it gave us a very cold atmosphere and a very poor customer service, certainly is not your 5 stars holiday resort for families. New years eve we were charged 200 pounds per person for buffet dinner without any alcohol, compulsory. A total ripoff ! iF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BEACH HOLIDAY, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE, THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH MONEY GIVING YOU BACK VERY LITTLE.

We are deeply saddened to hear your comment. It was unfortunate that when you arrived at the resort it was during the high tide period. During the day the beach can be easily accessed and our staff always maintain the cleanliness of the beach areas. I am surprise you thought the hotel was empty when there are in fact around 1000 guests at the New Year party and some had personally told me they had a great time.
I remembered speaking with you and I thought we had rectified the problem whilst you were here. I have informed the management team of your review and these issues will be addressed. Thank you for your feedback.
