It was our group tour. Our travel agent did the arrangement for staying here in Pattaya. And here I like to say that I am very happy to stay here. And if i get the chance to come here in Pattaya then I like to be here again. This hotel is very very near of beach road. For Indians it is a very good news that the famous Indian restaurant ALIBABA is very near, Just 2 mints walking distance, The shopping mall Lotus is also very near. In front of the hotel, just opposite side of the road there you can find the beer pub, the 7-eleven shops are also available just near of the hotel.
The hotel staffs are very friendly, The rooms are very clean, and welly maintain.
The rates are also very much comfortable according to standard of the hotel.
I am happy............ that is final expression of me.

located in the heart of the city ,yet close to the beach.you get value for money but 600 bhat for a guest are very expensive.food is goodthough for vegetarians the choice is very limited.iwould be happy to visit again .area nearby is not for a family trip.

I was there late September for a family trip for 2 days. Check in was fast. But there was no air conditioning in the lobby but staff was overall pretty friendly. The hallways on the floor was also very stuffy but the rooms were pretty decently sized. It was clean and neat. We also had a balcony but no view though. The only thing that I didn't like was the washroom - it had poor lighting and there was a step which we keep forgetting and almost tripped a couple times. Otherwise, there was no complaints. The breakfast in there restaurant was buffet style and the staff there were extremely friendly.

The location of the hotel is decent if you like to hang around the night market for food/pubs. It was a little noisy for us since we did not go out at night, but we were really tired. The hotel is also quite close to the beach and Central Festival (mall). Overall, it was an average stay and I may consider to stay again if I end up in Pattaya in the future.

Very nice hotel i have been there more than 6 times food is ok,clean and large rooms
but they charge 1000bhatt if a friend accompanies you into your room. The staff very rude they do not know to speak to their customers. Any favour or help they do for you they always expect a tip. The hotel will be losing future business due to these shortfalls.
