The hotel is conveniently located and in the middle of the night life. The approach road to the hotel is not good at all. But the best part of the hotel was the service. My wife injured herself in the bathroom and needed immediate medical attention. As it was late in the evening, there was doctor on call. The hotel staff took my wife to a near by hospital and we got the treatment. Two ladies and a driver from the hotel were there along with us all the time. The action was prompt and very heartwarming.
The rooms are small and so are the bathrooms. It would do them a world of good is they changed their furniture. The ammenities are good and the breakfast was very good with some great variety.overall a satisfying experience.

Hotel Sunbeam is located on Soi 8 and I find this hotel has a great location. Due to its location we save a lot on travelling expenses. It has all the attractions close by. The service is ok and the hotel is also averagely maintained. I recommend this hotel for its location.

Having checked in to a hotel down the road from the sunbeam ,& not been given the room we had booked .
We immediately went walk about to look for another hotel for the rest of our stay in Pattaya .
We dropped on the Sunbeam ,& what a gem
The staff on reception were so helpful when we told them we where looking for a room from the next day onwards .
We booked online right away & checked in the next morning at 10 am .
The room was so spacious light & airy ,clean & beautifully laid out .
At breakfast there was every thing you could possibly want
The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our room
The concierge Were very interested in what plans we had for the day & assisted in helping us .

This hotel is located between Soi 7 and Soi 8 and right in the middle of all the night life.
If you are looking for a hotel away from it all this is not the place for you.
This is the 4th time i have stayed here and it improves every time. Staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms are kept very clean.
Breakfast is amazing with a large choice of asian and western.
This place may be very central to the night life but it is also very quiet, i had a room on the 11th floor and when in bed could not here a thing from outside.
Just down the road there is the central festival plaza and the food hall on the ground floor is amazing, well worth a try.
