I stayed for 3 nights between 7th - 10th Feb 2012 and have stayed on previous occasions.
As always staff are very good and sea view room has a great view. Pool one of the best in Pattaya.
Main reason for stayinghere is because we travel with our young daughter and on past occasions the hotel has been child friendly.
We also get the beach side cabannas which are a must.
However what let it down this time was the type of music being played at poolside, lots of rap songs at high volume with all the swear words left in.
Not great with a large number of kids around. I did tell reception and was told "thats a good point" and she took my room number.
Unfortunately the music continued and we had to leave the cabanna early. No contcat was made to follow up my concerns.
If didnt have to leave the pool area early then would probably get a 5/5.
