I stayed here in 97 with my mother and then came back in 99 with my husband for our honey moon it was called Royal Garden Resort then. I then came back with a friend on the 24 February for a week last year some thirteen years later, the staff are still amazing, For example Ding the elevator boy noticed that I was scratching from mosquito bites he gave me cream to stop the itching, when I tried to return the cream to him he wouldn't take it back. The breakfast buffet is excellent plenty of variety. We stayed in a premier room so clean and quite. Loved the cheeky pet birds there next to the pool area. The pool area and garden is truely beautiful. The reception staff through to the boys that help you with your luggage are all so chatty and friendly no matter what time of the day or night. The hotel is in a great location right next to a shopping centre. It is a quite hotel next to all the madness in Pattaya. The gym is excellent. I love this hotel I have stayed at other hotels in Pattaya and this to me is the best so much that my husband and I are going to be back there on the 9 March for a week to renew our wedding vowels. The buffet dinner is great. They make a mean cocktail. The beds are very comfy. I always believe that the staff make or break a stay in a hotel I give the staff a ten out of ten well done Marriott see you in March
