Good location, clean rooms, good service, comfortable stay. It’s about 10 mins walk to the beach, 5min for tuk tuk and 5 mins to Soi 6 (bars and restaurants). We stayed in the 2BHK and the quality of the rooms was good. The only drawback is that only one room has attached bath. The second is the common bath.

I just saw, that the Owner is not willing to invest the Minimum to keep this former nice Place in good Shape - he prefers to buy new expensive Cars ( just saw a brand new Jaguar, his newest "Investment" ) - friendly Stuff, but they know the Problems with the Owner

I would strongly recommend tourists not to chose this hotel where they dont understand the meaning of "service" and "politeness".Its as if staying in a mafia den where they dictate terms to you and you have to nod your head for everything.The rooms are poorly maintained and they dont change the bedspread even after 3 days.One of the worst experiences I have had ever.

we stayed here last november and asked for a balcony but never got one and ended up with just a room bed and kitchen and bathroom this time we got a balcony as it was low season and wot a differnece it makes to your holiday to be able to sit out and have a drink in the evening before bed or to just eat your breakfast in the sun the staff still need training in politeness but never mind the rooms were clean and made up daily and there are 2 big supermarkets not far away for grocery shopping if you like.it is also not far away from central pattaya but far enough to be quiet you must go for a pint to the marquee bar not far away on the back roads good for peaple wathing and staff lovely.
