We, my wife and I, spent 19 nights in this hotel in march 09.
We Booked the room from internet and paid it in advance with Visa. We wanted to have a little bit better room and so we ordered superior room. Room we got was something else but superior and we changed it. The new one wasn`t any better, only a little bigger. View from the window towards sea and Pattaya Tower was though very nice. Pictures of rooms in booking agencys website were not from this hotel. Actually we went to Pattaya to play golf and sunbath, so we didn`t want make a big number of the room.
Hotel`s guests were 90% russians and I heard that the owner was too. That wasn`t any problem. People acted like their are supposed to, no screming or door banging in the nighttime.
Pool was quite dirty and I didn`t saw it to be cleaned in our three weeks time in the hotel.
At the pool area there was room for only six sunbeds. Others had to sit on plastic chairs. There wasn`t even room to lay down on your towel at the poolside.
Breakfast was really lousy. No juices, cold tea, every day same ham, two ridiculous old toasters and so. For a change they should have put something new on the table, but no. Every morning same very modest amount of food was delivered. Then, propably the worst part, the flies. Hundreds and hundreds of them all over serving tables. So, try to eat it in there.
Location is this hotels best part. At least looking from our point of view. Bahtbuses to Pattaya city and Jomtien Beach go only 50 metres from reception. Walking downhill to Pattaya Tower there is only 800 metres to the beach, which is in pretty good condition.
Only 400 metres walk to the beginning of Thepprasit road, where you can get a bahtbus to Lotus, Outlet Village And Thepprasit Market ( Fri, Sat, Sun 6 to 11 pm).
