We were extremely happy with the hotel, especially for the price. We got our own bungalow with a great sea view. The hotel is on a hill, but if you are fit this should not be an issue. The pools are beautiful especially the lower pool. There is no beach here, but it is very close to Chaweng, and they offer a free ride to and from the city. The breakfast is very good, especially the "Asian Breakfast". Employees were very friendly. Overall stay here if you want to be near Chaweng, but away from the craziness.

Near the sea but very far from the beach and the service(top of an hill) and u'll pay EVERITHING (pick up to airport, to beach, to city), no Internet and no problem solving

This place looks amazing in the brochure..online and also on the counter at the reception!
FALSE advertising was my reason for checking out after the first night of a pre-booked 8 night stay.
The sea view restaurant had been shut for over 5 months, the sea view swimming pool is not maintained...rusted parasols no loungers.
The Cabin we stayed in was decaying and added to the fact that me and my girlfriend were the only ones staying at the cliff top complex it was somewhat eerie at night....
The bonus was we survived the night and even the carrying of 2 large backpacks up the cliff face upto reception to check out early as the staff did not send the 'golf-cart' down to assist us when requested.
