We loved our stay at the 3 sis.
The room was very pretty and tidy, the lobby is very comfortable and nice with big chairs and surrounded by water.
Great breakfast, I totally love that they grow their own salads.
we were given awesome advice on restaurant and places to see and shop at, this made our stay better and easier.
I got one of the best pedicures Ive had, although more expensive than average thai price (sitting on the patio).

Great little hotel right in the heart of Chiang Mai, across the street from Wat Chedi Luang. The Sunday wWalking Street Market is right here (and the Saturday Walking Market is just south a bit outside of the city walls within walking distance).
Great breakfasts (french toast was my favourite) and lunches were reasonable too.
What makes the difference here is that the staff are very personable, especially X. He could communicate well and knew what was going on and could make recommendations for restaurants, etc. I even had the 200 baht massage twice!!
Stayed here for 4 nights with a break in the middle whilst we went off to the Elephant Nature Park (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!) and the hotel stored out luggage and it was in the new room when we got back.
Even though they were renovating next door, the construction was only during normal working hours and never really heard any noise so don't worry about that aspect.

My husband and I were skeptical about whether this b&b would live up to the reviews considering the price we were paying. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable (as were the staff). The location is ideal to explore the city. Don't hesitate to book here...you won't regret it! The only thing I would have changed would be not to book pedicures or massages through the b&b. I wasn't happy with any of the services booked there except for the laundry service.

This hotel was such a nice surprise! We booked online without knowing much except the price fit our budget. When we arrived, we were greeted by the most friendly staff (ask for "Z" up front- he's extremely helpful), and a beautiful lobby. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a beautiful view of one of the old town wats (temple) and could see all of the monks coming in and out throughout the day. Everything about this hotel was comfortable and made us feel like home for the 4 night's stay that we were there. Definitely recommended for couples and families!
