When i looked at their website i was impressed. The location was great and convenient.

When i checked in everything changed. I was not at all impressed anymore. There was noise coming from the corridor coming from other rooms and also staff. The room was small, it had no windows and had glass panels with blinds along the corridor side, it was not as i expected it to be.

I normally stay at Citadines (soi 8,11 or 23) and from this experience... i will go back to Citadines or some other hotels along soi 19 (SilQ / Sacha Uno)

Great place, clean and good breakfast. Service is great, they really care about your needs. The rooms are a little bit small, but it didn't bother us at all since everything was clean. There is also a fridge and a sink which can be handy. The hotel is closed to the sky train which allows us to go everywhere really easily.Downstrairs there's a family mart where you can buy beverages and snacks at a low price.

We stayed for 4 days at "The Key". Our package included free round trip pickup from/to airport, breakfast and two all-day sky train passes. Hotel is 1/2 blocks from the metro and sky train, very well places in Sukhumvit area. Great local food right on the corner. Hotel itself is clean, modern and staff is great. Very recommended. Near to shopping and night life.
