Hotel is not the best but also the worst.
A hot shower, no worms - can not look, but clean.
Price may have to be lower. It is important to view the rooms, because they have better and worse. Perhaps you can find in the same price something better - worth looking.

This place is just terrible. No windows, bugs in room, horrible bathroom...a nightmare. The staff was absolutely unhelpful and did not want to give us our money back...moreover they were cheating! We gave them 500 bahts for 1 night and they wrote 450 on the paper and kept the rest...Never more!!!

Stayed with 2 friends and no its not the best place but its cheap for just somewhere to crash. The room was pretty small and the bathroom tiny. There is probably better places in the area for the same price...

We chose this hostel because we wanted something inexpensive in a good location for two nights in Bangkok in November 2011. On Hostelworld the rating of this place was not too bad so we decided to give this place a try.
On arrival, staff were confused and not very friendly. In order to get to our room on the third floor we had to walk through long hallways all of which were stuffed with random rubbish. Given the fact that we webt there shorlty after the flooding it would have been perfectly ok for the ground floor to be essy, however, this did not change on any of the floors. The room was NOT anything like on the photos. When we put two normal 70 litres backpacks on the floor there was not enough space to walk past the bed to get to the bathroom. Also, the entire bathroom (including walls) was covered in mould in all colours. We were then shown two other rooms that were exactly as dirty, including mould. We didn"t even stay the first night and demanded all the money back, which after some hestiation we received. Previously, the hotel owner had tried to refer us to a substitute hotel, which we declined.
The only positive thing about this hotel is the location....it is close to Khao San Road and restaurants. The price was low (around 20 Euros for a double room), yet still far too much for the stinking shoe boxes they rent out. For the same money you can do much better in one of the numerous places that are within walking distance from this mouldy rip off place.
