the room is alright, however the sound insulation at windows leaves a lot to be desired. also if you are a couple, sliding door just does not provide enough sound proofing from the toilet!! shower is a bit tricky..water pressure issues..
oh and if you do use the laundry, you may end up with surprises when you collect your laundry.. (our case was somebody else's smalls!! )
location is quite good, close to BTS station.

Stayed here for two weeks for a business trip. The staff were all nice and friendly, even the helpers when I asked them no need to clean the room everyday, she still cleaned for me. There's a wide selection of breakfast from continental, to Thai, to Chinese fried rice. Internet was also good. There was wifi and LAN. There was also a nice pool at the top floor. Studio room was very spacious.

The location was good. There was a free tuktuk service to bring you around the vicinity- to Nana station or to nearby malls like Terminal 21. The street was very alive at night.

Citadines, Sukhumvit Soi # 11 is my home in Bangkok now. It's a lovely full furnished apartment but having all the hotel facilities exist for 24 Hours. Everything is very near by simply from daily needs to super mall. Sukhumvit Soi # 11 is very famous for few upper class discos like Bed Super Club, Q Bar Bangkok, Climax. Lots of Pub is here and there and one can also find German and Irish Pub as well. The complimentary TUK TUK service by the hotel is really nice and saves time & money both. A basic gym and Roff top swimming pool is also there to dip and rejuvenate yourself. In comparison to room size Bathroom is slightly a small one but good one with modern amenities. It's a complete guest friendly hotel and very courteous in this regard. I love this property, staffs and everything and really felt sorry at the time of leaving......Cheers Citadines and shall visit soon :-)))

I don't recommend staying in the Studio executive room. Tiny shower and toilet. Toilet seat will be uncomfortable to sit on for an average butt. THe shower head dribbles water...which ends in a frustratingly slow shower. Water from the shower spills into the toilet seat area. Messy to say the least. I contacted the front desk regarding the slow shower pressure and after and engineer came up to check I was told that there was nothing wrong with the plumbing and that the water pressure was like that throughout the whole of the hotel.

The room is dark as there are no ceiling lights.

The "free" internet connection here is capped. I.e speed limited (unless you pay exorbiant prices to get it uncapped). Also, they block you from accessing certain internet sites as part of their "free" wireless access.

The fitness centre/gym is a shocking. There is hardly any room to move. Equipment outdated and cheap.

I can't comment on the food - didn't try it.

As I had booked this hotel for 3 nights only, I stuck it out and moved next door (President Palace)...which was a much more pleasant experience.
