i was stay for 10days with my boyfriend. we stay for business. taking a standard single bed room. it's a little bit small if i can say. with a shower, Flat TV, wardrobe, table & chair, cable phone, hair dryer, water boiler, safety box, and 2 bottles of water everyday and air con.
the staff are really kind, they help us alot. especially with the Madam there. her english is very good. so i helped alot. she's giving me alot of tips. and this hotel is 15-20minute walk to Platinum wholesale mall. :) but once you go back to hotel. it'll be hard for you to find food. you have to go out to the main street (walk like 7-10 minutes) to get noodle in the street.

far from bts. the closes bts you can find is chit lom bts. and it's very far for me(i'm usually travel by car, never walk.) it's about 45 minutes walk for me. better get tuktuk from main street. ask for 80-100 bath to go to bts or mbk or siam it's the same price :D

and for the cleanliness.. they just throw your dust bin and clean your bathroom. and clean your table. i don't think they wipe the floor everyday and they don't change the sheet everyday unless you ask them to :)

but over all it's great :)
i'll be back when i go to bangkok :D

Friendly staff, helpful but the main problem is the cleanliness of the room, I stayed at room on 16 spetember 2011, there is a big cockroach inside the bathtub (room 215), I ask the staff to clean it , but not sure the staff not able to understand my english or what, they didn't clean it after I went out for dinner, at the end, I need to clean it out.

The staff is very friendly and I request a room with two single bed, he managed to change the room for my family. but the problem again, for room 510 and 511, both got small cockroach inside. For second call (20 sept 2011), I stayed at this hotel again, it is room 512, inside the bathroom again few cockroach inside , and also under the bed.I request the staff spray and kill the insect when they clean the room tomorrow, but again on 21 sept 2011, I saw another small cockraoch inside my room, it is running over the floor).

On the other hand, I can accept the simplicity of breakfast, it is worth for what I pay but again the Mihun prepared is stink ( 17 september morning).

Overall, I satisfy with the service of staff but the poor clealiness of the room really disappointed me.

Good customer services , Friendly and helpful , hotel room can be improve to be better Location not bad, travel distance to shopping mall, massage available nearby . good for short and budget trip .
