This hotel is located on the main road, and has a sign outside which is quite recognisable. The first thing you see when arriving at the hotel is the car park and outdoor seating area, which separates the hotel from the restaurant that the hotel gets it's food from (and serves breakfast from). The reception looks decent compared to the outside, and the staff seemed pleasant enough to talk to.
The room I was given was in the building opposite the reception (on the same side as the restaurant) and was on the third of the three floors. The rooms are decorated in a minimalistic style with wooden floors and some kind of concrete finish on the walls. The size of the bedroom wasn't bad, though I was woken up each morning at 7am by the cleaning ladies as the walls seem to have been built with cardboard (very noisy!). There wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room upon arrival, but they brought one to the room after I called and asked for one.
The bathrooms are quite small but relatively clean. The door for the shower didn't fully close in my room so the bathroom floor got a little wet whenever I used it.
After my first night, I went to the breakfast at a quite late time of 9:00am (the breakfast runs from 6-10am as far as I'm aware). There was one guy who was "serving" the breakfast and he looked like he didn't care, and had headphones in both of his ears, listening to music the whole time! There was basically no food left, no tea or coffee either, and we weren't the only people there. Eggs and mini hot dogs were the only food that was left and were cold and nasty. I didn't stay more than 5 minutes and didn't even bother with breakfast the following morning.
Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is ok for the price, and the location is ok (5 minute walk to the Petchaburi MRT station), but the breakfast was appalling. There are much better hotels to stay at than this place - avoid!
