If you want great home cooked food and a local thai experience for cheap, stay here!!! They have beautiful rooftop cafe/restaurant with full bar....great to stop bye before a night out. All the amenities you should need, dry cleaning, laundry, iron, wifi, safe, blow dryer, all the basics of course and an awesome breakfast!! Best of all are the staff. These people will bend over backwards for you, you just have to ask. It is in a very lively up beat neighborhood like 10 steps from the sukhumvit (main downtown road). Easy access to bts (sky tram), subway, taxi. In house food is cleanest and tastiest in bangkok. good luck

Although at a good central location and courteous staff, the rooms were quite a letdown. Broken baseboards and missing pieces of wall in bathroom. Fortunate that the staff were helpful and the air conditioning was quiet. Perhaps take the superior deluxe room, it has a better view and more space.

Our room rate booked was at a great discount rate through Agoda, but still there are much better hotels nearby with a similar rate

I stayed here for a couple of nights in November and was neither impressed nor disappointed with it. it was just mediocre.

It looked much like it does in the photos, but the rooms were getting old and in need of new furniture and painting. But the room was a good size and had everything I required.

The staff were weird. The lady in the daytime would be sitting at the desk and would not say "hello" or "wait a moment" for several minutes whilst she finished whatever it was she was doing on the computer... possibly on Facebook. This happened quite a few times.

The restaurant was also just OK. nothing special and no atmosphere whatsoever.

The location was good though to get around Bangkok and see the city.

I probably won't return, but I do recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere cheap in a good location for a couple of nights.

Staffs are friendly though the front desk is not so much but still ok. A stress-free place to stay. I recommend this for the travelers that are not expecting too much from a budget hotel. Very convenient.
