“Great value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

The staff were always smiling and helpful, on top of being efficient. They were the stars of the place. The hotel was chic and comfortable. We had the 2-bedroom suite, which was incredibly spacious and well equipped with everything you would need in an apartment. Great value for money.

Location-wise, it's a 15-minute walk to the nearest BTS station (which, incidently, has great street food right outside). They do provide a shuttle service to the BTS every half an hour until 6pm, so it's quite convenient in the day.

Other services: Wi-fi is available for guests. The gym is well equipped. Food isn't bad.

“Good choice for family”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 January 2012

Rooms are big and clean. Located in city center. It's convenient to go around by taxi. We went to BMK and it cost only 60 baht. Foods are yummy. The complimentary wifi ia not so convenient. Few dinning places nearby.

“Really nice and quite. Big apartment rooms”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 January 2012

The location is a bit out of the way and a 15 min. walk to the nearest Sky-train, but otherwise really nice. The rooms are large. Not the newest room in town, but clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is nice and usually included in your room price. Ideal location for business travel and families who are not in a rush.

Dear Traveller,
Thank you for your review of your recent stay.
We are in a quiet location off the main busy road of Sathorn, in Soi Suanplu nestled in a private garden. As you mention, we are away from Silom (nearest large shopping area) by walking about 10-15mins or only a few minutes by taxi or our complimentary Tuk Tuk service provided. Thank you for pointing out our friendly staff and service. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

“Would stay here again.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 January 2012

Love, love, love this hotel and will definitley stay here again. We had a two bedroom apartment that was HUGE and had everything we needed. Real luxury after a month of backpacker places across south-east asia, and just what was needed to refresh before coming home. Only downside is that as the hotel is located away from the main tourist area, your only option for tours is the service offered in the foyer and we were not at all confident in what she was telling us about the tiger temple. We could not clarify if the set tour would meet our needs so we booked a private driver through her and were assured that he would speak very good english - which was not the case. The driver had been told what we wanted to see but as we could not communicate with him we were unable to amend this or work out the order to maximise time at the tiger temple, and by the time we arrived feeding the baby cubs was all booked out - very disappointing for our 13 year old potential vet. When we asked about the Thai cooking class she had no information about what happened, where it was or what was cooked and could only tell us the price. We ended up catching a cab to go closer to the tourist area to arrange any other tours and activities, and I would recommend that you do this, or use the internet.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with city views and sleep with the curtains open -- just a wonderful sight

“Wonderful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 January 2012

An absolutely wonderful apart-hotel...the room (living/dining room, bedroom) were huge, beautfully decorated, comfortable. TVs in both rooms (not tiny little things either!), a superlative kitchen with huge refridgerator, cooker, dish-washer...well, everything.

The staff are charming and helpful...the spa massages are a dream and - believe it or not - this hotel is not expensive!

Anyway, I would not hesitate to recommend it to any discerning client...and I would like to thank yll the staff for their helpfulness, and kindness.

I will be back soon - sometime in February....and looking forward to it.

Sincerely,

Sally Pfenniger

Room Tip: I only had one room - the one I was given, on the 25th floor...cannot say for the others...but mine...
