the bedroom very small,the bed was so uncomfort and small soft in the middle and hard at the side so difficult try to get a nice sleep.The staff was so unhelpful.The hotel got swimmimgpool close at 5 pm and was very cold.If you want a nice and present hotel please don't go there.I'm Thai and that hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed!!!!

Firstly the location of the hotel is not that great! The area around looks more like old chandni chowk of delhi with exposed overhead electric wires!!
Maintenance is very poor & gives a feeling of old hotel of 1980s....
Will not recommend till the time budget is an issue!

At that time that was the cheapest hotel in this suburb of Bangkok. Close to the Chao Praya river, close to Silom Road, close to Skytrain station this hotel is big enough to get your time hassle free. Staff were friendly and room clean and well furnished. Booking online is the best way to get the best price.

I checked in on the 20th of August and checked out the 22nd August 2011 at Room no. 118.

The initial check in process was very rude. All the answers given was impolite. The bell boy who carried the luggage to our room never informed anything about services.

Torn bedsheets and faded pillow covers, nonfunctional television followed by the ugliest bathroom I had ever seen or stayed in this decade. No shower cap or toothpaste or brush inside the restroom.

The dressing room table is full of ants which comes underneath the table. The safe box placed inside a wooden wardrobe is a 1976 model. If pressed once it automatically locks. Next to our window - there is an ugly sunshade with 100 cig. buds. The place is left unclean - sure for ages.

I tried speaking to some one who is responsible in the hotel - but no one even tried to listen to complaints.

I clearly understand - the services cannot be provided like a five star hotel. But cleanliness, hygiene, staff attitude is pathetic. If I have one thing to say - "The hotel management needs to save this business from shutting down". I do not recommend this property to anyone.
