I have been in this place twice and the service was very good, the rooms are excellent nice pool sauna, best of all the bellboy is very helpful, try the petty spa close to the hotel could have real fun

The managment at Ramada DMA are confused of what deals they advertise through their website. I booked the Deluxe Room on the executive floor but when i reached the hotel they informed me that the rooms on the executive floor is not available. They offered a deluxe room on some other floor and charged the same amount. Service was poor and not upto the ramada standards.
The only upside to the hotel is the proximity to the pratunum market which was handy. there are mach better hotels in Bangkok than Ramada DMA for the same price.
The hotel has a sauna room and a swimming pool which is alright.
Overall not a value for the money Hotel and needs character.

This Hotel is nice for a quick visit to Bangkok! Its about a 20min walk from the centre.The rooms are a little dated but we got a great price of e50 inc breakfast. The room was spotless as there was hair in out shower.The pool area is nice its a small pool with a small cafe.The sun was on the pool all day.The food from cafe was lovely.nice atmosphere at the pool, free internet at the pool also.
Staff where lovely at reception.
Breakfast was ok, we stayed here for new years and it was a bit like a zoo,so many peoploe and rude people too but thats not of fault of the hotel!!

Like i said its ok for a brief stay in bangkok, i'd personally pay a little more and stay at the Amarai watergate!!

I stayed at Ramada D'ME with friends, everything was ok except that while I was away, I left the portable audio speakers behind which were gone when I came back. I clearly remember keeping them in the tv cabinet before leaving. I came back after a while and it was gone. I called te housekeeping and there was no answer. I then called the front desk only to be told that housekeeping only works in te morning and they will look into the matter tomorrow an nothing cab be done at that hour.

The next day I was suppose to check out and didn't have enough time to get the case investigated. I was told by the duty manager that they checked surveillance tapes an found out that no one had entered the room except the cleaner. Upon asking the whereabouts of the cleaner I was told that he ia on leave today and they will speak with him once he ia back!! I was then told that they will investigate and et back, sadly enough that never happened. It was really unfortunate that the hotel completely washed their hands away.
I have stayed at other Ramada properties but this entire episode has left a real bad taste in my mouth.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you wish to lose your belongings.
