The hotel is situated near Petaling street which is about 10 minutes walk. The service is good with spacious rooms with good amenities. Just opposite the place is a station from where you can visit many places including the Golden Square.
The food is good with many options of fixed menu, ala -cart or buffet. There is a poster kept up of the food it is offering with nthe prices so you can have an visual idea about the food you want to eat.

Room: large & spacious, air con works very well. bathroom with shower & bath, the water pressure in the shower head was little weak but still worked. Large fridge installed in the room which was usefull. TV channels only Thai & Australian, quality of TV reception was poor. Cleanliness excellent, laundry service excellent, reception staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast: When the hotel is busy there is a breakfast buffet, however when the occupancy rate is small then it is set menu which is, to be diplomatic, rubbish. Internet WiFi avaailable in room at additional cost, speed is very slow
