“Nice stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 January 2012

The hotel was nice, food great and staff very courteous and helpful. I stayed with my family for a vacation trip to Thailand. The stay was in the last leg of our trip. Specially the food was good and we could also have some Indian vegetarian specialties. Nice place to stay, we were there on Christmas time and had a great time.

“Don't be duped by internet photos...”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 January 2012

We stayed here for three nights at the end of our one month in Thailand. It is close to local places and sights in the city. Taxi rides are cheap enough.
An hour from the airport in traffic, but 35 minutes in the early A.M.
Way over priced restaurants and coffee bars. NYC prices look like a bargain compared to theirs. There is a hospital next door, only a four minute walk. Eat there if you need a bite. Much cheaper. There are also stores like 7-11 at the hospital as well. There is a taxi stand outside the hotel property as well, so taxis are fast and easy.
The rooms were dark and the A/C labors to cool you off. Check in would be easier in Moscow during the cold war... it took over 45 minutes to check in.
Just around the corner is a slightly hidden sex club, and most of the seedy customers seemed to be staying at this hotel as well. So if you like seeing western men aged 65 and up, escorting young girls 18 to 30, then this is your Mecca.
Internet was O.K. and TV was limited to only a couple English channels.
There is a scale in the lobby to weigh your bags... mine was four kilo over at the airport, but good at the hotel. Beware!!
Beds were comfy and showers were good too. The pool was nice and no one hassles you for bringing in your own beer. Just tell them it came from the mini bar in your room. Although the mini bar was $3.00 a beer, and 7-11 at the hospital 80cents a beer. So we carried the beer to the hotel and stored it in their refrigerator.
Maid service was very bad, and they did not vacuum or dust anything.
After one month in Thailand there were only two other hotels that were worse than this one.

Room Tip: The backside is away from the highway and quieter. however the front side faces a real poor man'...

“Amazing hotel -best value for money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 January 2012

Can't fault this place. Stayed there for 3 nights during Thai New year. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool was great!

The buffet is the best value for money I've ever experienced! I would definitely return to this hotel in the future!

The bar in reception was a bit on the expensive side, especially as Thailand is generally cheap.

“The hotel not far away from International airport”

The hotel is located just 30 minutes from international airport and very comfortable hotel.

Hotel is packed with all amenitites required and the staffs are also nice. They can help you for small tours may be to nearby palace (or) pattaya beach etc.

The hotel is good in overall due to good maintenance and staff eventhough the hotel is a bit old.
