Spent 3 nights in early February 2012 and found this to be the most beautiful hotel.

The rooms, staff, food, amenities including rooftop restaurant and super pool, were of the highest standard. The views were amazing from the restaurant and the pool.

Stayed with my niece, her husband and 3 children ages 11, 5 and 4 years old and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. In fact, the staff paid so much attention to the children, it was a pleasure to see how welcome they were made to feel.

The rooms were amazing and the little extra touches such as incense burners, small gifts on your pillow, beautiful toiletries, orchids in the room, made the stay that little bit extra special.

We spent 3 nights here on honeymoon and loved it. Staff were professional and friendly. We were upgraded to club level and staff decorated our room to celebrate our honeymoon. Fantastic views from moon bar and vertigo restaurant. Breakfast buffet was decent bearing in mind this is a city business hotel. Clean and well run. Suite was a good size and decor was great. Good location. We loved it.

Loved the Banyan Tree. With 2 children and one adult it was perfect. The kids didn't fight as they had a room each (living room and bedroom) plus 2 televisions if they wanted to watch separate channels. Not that this became an issue since we were out mostly. The incense burning in our room was a wonderful welcome as was a fruit or two every day. Coffee and tea in the room too. Each evening our beds were turned down and a little gift placed on our pillow. The swimming pool is not enough to do lengths but enough to cool down in. Vertigo bar was spectacular. It did feel as if we were on top of the world and I did fear falling off. Lovely stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Perfection is rare and I certainly found it with the Banyan Tree Hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms, especially on the executive floor. Extremely friendly and competent staff. Well equipped gym and superb Spa. Food and Drink accompanied by dedicated service. Vertigo restaurant/bar offers breathtaking view over Bangkok.
Prices are elevated but reflect the quality of the facility and staff
