I stayed here for 3 months for business purposes. It was a great experience. Very clean, great service, good restaurant, excellent exercise area and pool. In addition, it is situated in a nice area with good restaurants that deliver to your room at no charge and easy access to shopping, dry cleaning and a 24/7 grocery store. Highly recomended from an experienced world traveler.

I used to live in Bangkok, and I always stay here when I return to visit. They are located not too far from the skytrain, too far to walk but they have a shuttle van that goes there frequently. The Central Rama 3 Mall is nearby and the street has a lot of street stalls and restaurants to choose from. The staff is very helpful and will help direct taxis for people that don't speak Thai. The rooms are all suites, some are under renovation (but there was no noise that I could hear) and they have all the kitchen supplies you might need. The pool is lovely as well.

The Chatrium hotel chain is among the greats. When it come to living long and short term here in Bangkok. I enjoy there food and quality of service. The spa has an amazing reputation. The real treat while staying there is the fitness center and the open design swimming pool. the newly designed rooms are very luxurious. Also the kitchen in the two bedroom suite is a nice touch. We will be staying again.

I stayed in Chatrium Residence for almost half year in 2010, and I enjoyed EVERY MOMENT when I stayed there.

It has very good ambience at the lobby, and great facilities: There's gym room which you can also find free classes (eg yoga, thai-boxing), swimming pool (quite small though), pool table and golf. The studio room which i took was nice and have a full set of kitchen utensils. The view from room was not breathtaking but it was ok. However the TV was really small (20 inch CRT) which it would have been so much better if it was bigger.

Location wise, it's not walking distance to Skytrain, but it wasnt too far either, probably less than 10 minutes by taxi. And there are regular shuttle van service. There's CentralRama, a shopping mall that is 5-minute walk away from Chatrium Residence. And I also like the fact that staying in Sathorn has a much lower likely hood where you'll get stuck in traffic jam compared to staying in Sukhumvit area.


The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'll be glad to stay in Chatrium Residence anytime if I were to visit Bangkok again
