This hotel offered great value for money as it was stay three nights for the price of two. It was clean, comfy and had great air con and spacious rooms. There is a swimming pool on the third floor which after a long flight and walks in the city was a great respite from the heat. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel at 7am to check in after a 12 hour flight and I forgot to tell them that we would need to check in early, this was no problem and they let us in our room.
We did not book breakfast as there were a couple of places to eat nearby and breakfast was quite expensive.
The hotel is in a good location, near a sky train stop and near a few restaurants.

Situated in a great location,the rooms are very modern and spacious.The staff are very friendly especially the girls on the tour desk so polite and helpful.i would highly reccomend this hotel!

I first stayed at the Bel-Aire Princess in 2008 I was very impressed with it, so in 2011 I booked it again.
What a disappointment! The first room I was allocated was so shabby looking I refused to go in. As it was quite late I accepted the second room, woke up next morning and I could not stop scratching. I noticed stains on the bedclothes, the shower had a dirty shower curtain, so I moved again. After been shown 2 more bedrooms I said I would checkout because I was so annoyed,I was shown another room higher up the hotel (apparently the higher the floor you are on the better the room)
On a plus side the food in the restaurant was wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful In the lobby there was a Thai man selling day trips his name is Mr Keen, I really hope he is still there because he was wonderful (we stayed for a week) He could not do enough for us and we saw a lot of Bangkok. It is such a shame about the hotel rooms though, they really need a total overhaul. I

This was our second time at the Bel Aire Princess. It is a good hotel with spacious rooms and a powerful shower. Check in and out was smooth and efficient and there is a cab company outside to arrange transport. The hotel is a ten minute walk from Nana skytrain station and about twenty minute walk from the Metro at Terminal 21 shopping mall. We had a room on the 8th floor overlooking the pool and it was quiet. Can't say more. Good standard hotel coveniently located.
