Booked this place based on the reviews on trip advisor and I can say that I have no regrets. Did the booking online for rooms, transport fro & to airport and daily breakfast. I was impressed with the vehicle which picked us from the airport. Clean, luxurios and cosy. Glow is located next to the Trinity Complex which houses a ground floor shooping area, offices and Glow's gym and pool is located on the 9th Floor in this building. The place is busy during the day and quiets down at night. Upon arrival, we straight taken to our rooms on the 3rd (Deluxe Room) & 6th floor (Deluxe Delight Corner). We filled up our registration forms in the comfort of our rooms and there were welcome drinks in our fridge. Rooms were clean, organised and beds just so comfortable!! Hotel is in a quiet but very convenient area. 2 mins walk to Chong Non Si Skytrain station which is the best mode of transport in Bangkok. It's one station away to Saladaeng Station where the Patpong Night Market is located. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We enjoyed our 4 days stay in Glow. I definitely recommend it. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is located in the bustling area of Silom but was difficult to locate especially at night (late arrival from airport) - our taxi driver had to call the hotel to figure out how to get there since it's tucked away in a small street. We gave him the exact address and a map - so I'm not sure what else I can suggest to bring with you. Other than this slight mishap, the hotel provided us with the basic amenities we required for our short stay. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool especially given the hot humid weather in Bangkok!

I was there for 3 nights. It was just awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is close to public transport. Overall, I was very satisfied. This hotel is highly recommended!!!

Myself and my partner stayed at Glow at the start and the end of a life altering trip to beautiful Thailand in mid December and early January. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the moment we left we were treated with a level of hospitality that I have never experienced anywhere in the world!.

We arrived at the hotel on the morning of my 28th birthday and although it was too early to check in the guys at reception greeted us with a smile and a chilled glass of juice before storing our bags away, leaving us free to go and explore the local area.
A while later we received a call to say that our room was ready. My girlfriend had contacted the hotel prior to our arrival and arranged for a birthday cake with a personalised message to be waiting for me as a surprise.

The room itself was brilliant and EXACTLY as the description and the pictures on the website had described. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were exactly what we needed after the long flight.
My partner fell in love with the bathroom which again was beautifully designed and as spotlessly clean as the rest of the room.

For the lazy hours we spent in the room we were spoilt by the luxury of a flat screen tv, dvd player and ipod dock.

But for the both of us, the real luxury were the staff themselves. Every single person we dealt with during our stay was professional, courteous and polite. Several times they went out of their way to help us with directions, recommendations and advice. No matter what time of day or night we were always greeted with a smile and we felt a genuine pleasantness that is lacking in other establishments. I must make a special mention of a young gentleman who's name I forget. He works as a porter at Glow and he made a special effort to help us whenever possible, (we bumped into him along Silom soi one evening after his shift had finished and he stopped us and asked if we were ok and made sure we knew where we were going). After travelling to Koh Samui over Christmas we stayed at glow before our return home. Once again the service was outstanding and the room equally as good as before.

If you are thinking of going to Bangkok I have 2 bits of advice.

Number 1) stop wasting time and just go there!!

Number 2) Stay at Glow!!. The staff, the rooms, the local travel links (a few minutes walk to Chong nonsi BTS). For the price there is nowhere better!.

To all the staff at Glow, you rule!. Keep up the good work. We will be back in April 2013.
