I could not recommend this hotel strongly enough. The rooms are perfectly adequate, plenty spacious and clean. But what really sets this place apart is the tremendous service and hotel staff. They were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. It was a level of service I haven't received at much, much pricier hotels all around the world

I stayed here because of the excellent reviews posted in TripAdvisor--and I'm happy to say everything written already is absolutely true. Accommodations, service, ambiance the equal of any 5-star Bangkok Hotel--at less than half the price. When my taxi rolled up to the front door, a manager was on hand to greet me! Unless you're a rock star, Bill Gates, or royalty, when did that last happen to you?

Like so many Park 9 guests, I can't wait to stay there again. Leaving was hard to do...

(A couple minor quibbles... Room decor is rather modern--splendid garden views, but no artwork. Floors are lovely parquet--but a rug and something on the walls would have warmed up the place a bit. Also, as noted many times, this hotel is tucked away in a corner of eastern Bangkok that most tourists would never recognize. Forewarned by comments in TripAdvisor, I had in writing the hotel's address and telephone number. When the taxi driver finally admitted to being lost, he called the hotel and got directions. Make sure you have Park9's number before getting into the taxi!)

We booked this hotel because of its two bedroom appartments, and had a great time there. We had only one day there, coming from Koh Samui, and leaving for the Netherlands the next day.
It took us about 30 minutes to get there (instead of 1,5 hours last year to our hotel in the centre of Bangkok) and on the way back it took only 20 minutes.
Huge, clean appartment, large bathrooms, good bedrooms with airco.
Full equipped kitchen and livingroom.
Pool area is cosy with a lot of trees.
Shuttle service with friendly driver, who took us to the Paradise Shopping Centre. This was exactly what we needed after a week on HOT Koh Samui, just a bit shopping and walking around in the cool shopping centre.
Only negative thing was the poor breakfast. They should really improve this.
But besides this, we can really recommend this hotel, and will certainly go there again.

We've stayed at this hotel several times on our return back to the Middle East and it is wonderful. The spacious 2Br apartments are fantastic for our family, the pool and the surroundings are beautiful and the location to 2 of the largest shopping malls in Bangkok, the Seacom Mall and the Paridise Mall (formerly the Sari Centre), is excellent. The hotel will even provide a shuttle service to and from the malls for you. The hotel food is good, but there are loads of restaurants and bars near and inside the shopping malls if you want to explore more.

We love staying in this hotel and going there really feels like we have a home in Bangkok without the hussle and bussle of the city. If you have a early morning airport connection this is also a excellent place to stay as it is very close.
