N25°3'37.20", E121°31'58.20". We stayed in July and August 2011 for 6 nights in room 306 and 403 of this hotel. It’s next to exit 4 of Xingtian station on the orange MRT subway line. The rooms have two queen-size beds, are clean and well maintained. The air-conditioning works fine. The bed is luckily softer than the usual Taiwanese firm bed. There is no Wi-Fi, but an UTP-cable can be borrowed from the reception. Laundry service is good. Some staff members speak English. Breakfast buffet offers Taiwanese and Continental breakfast. We had to check out at noon, but wanted a shower before leaving at 5pm hour for the airport. The hotel gave us the option to extend our stay for half the room price.

thsi hotel is so convenience located in center close to subway stationa and to everyway. pretty nice service , you can easy go to to do your shopping and find restaurants to eat. the shops are open till very late. they offer free internet in room that's a plus now a day.

The hotel was right next to the Sing Tian Temple Station Exit 4. A convenient station if you want to see more of Taipei. Convenience stores near the hotel. So are banks. The hotel is 5 minutes away by taxi from the computer mall. Food stalls and wet market behind the hotel. Wifi connections. The room is spacious. Comfortable beds. You are well rested when you wake up in the morning. The shower and bath had temperature controlled water. The breakfast was buffet although food was the same all throughout our stay. The staff at the front desk and at the entrance were friendly and willing to give a hand anytime, although I did not see the people at the buffet area smile even once. But I would advise that you exchange foreign currency in banks which give better rates.

The hotel is very close to the famous HSING TIAN Temple and Taipei Songshan airport. It is conveniently located at the corner of exit no. 4, Metro yellow line. Our room was a cornor room which seemed to have slightly more space than the others. The room was cozy with all necessary toiletry provided. It seems the hotel has recently undertaken a refurbishment. There is a flat screen TV in the room with various programs around the world. Two bottles of water were provided everyday. There was an electric pot to make your own tea in the room also.

The breakfast was sufficient though nothing to be impressed. The staff's attitude was not the best but what to expect from such a 3-star hotel.
