Stayed here for just one night.

Check in was smooth and the room was very large, clean and tidy. Large bath room with a cath and a separate walk in shower. Free Wi-fi and a great view over the city.

We ate at the Chines restauraunt where the service and food were both good. Breakfast was not quite so go with a fairly limited range on offer.

For the price though the quality overall was very good.

The hotel itself was very comfortable - the rooms, hallways, dining areas provided a relaxing atmosphere, and everything was spotlessly clean - a very nice, cool oasis in a typically warm area. The rooms, hallways and lobby were very nicely appointed. The buffet dining area had a wonderful selection with many western and eastern choices, was very comfortable, but lacked elegance.

The hotel staff was fantastic. They obtained a tour guide for my husband and myself, who was very flexible in finding some sites that were not on the normal tour. The staff also suggested some terrific local places for dinner.

Once in town, I was very glad to have selected this hotel, and I hope to stay there again - next time with my mother also.

This is in fact an edit of my previous comment on this hotel - some of that positive comment still applies, but I was shocked when I looked up my credit card spendings' overview online. The credit card receipts of that hotel offer the choice to pay either in Taiwan Dollars (NTD) or in customer's home currency. Despite my explicit wish to be charged in NTD, the check-out ladies charged me all my stays that month (5 of them, 19 nights in total, as business traveller) in my local currency to my credit card, using their own exchanging rates, thus increasing my bill by roughly 3% compared to what it would have costed in NTD. Reason enough for me to avoid this hotel in the future (if I can).

Except for the above: service with a smile, comfortable rooms in a relatively central location (it's just a pity that the HSR-station is so far from everything). Wi-Fi comes for free. Hotel also includes gym and swimming pool, apparently (haven't tried it)
Breakfast was included in the (corporate) package - bread-addicts would probably be disappointed, though there's still a decent choice of Asian/Western food. Last negative point about breakfast would be the poor quality of their orange juice (sorry, I'm verry focused on breakfast ;-)

We just finished a weekend stay at this excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful to help you plan your visit. The room was clean, modern and large enough. The bathroom included all the usual toiletery items although they did not replinish the bath gel after one day. There is another bottle for the bath but it is inconvenient to get it in the middle of the shower. Wifi in the room is free and thus very convenient.
We had breakfast downstair and it was fine although not outstanding. I agree that the orange juice is so-so. I did not use the gym but it appeared rather impressive.
I would certainly return there.
